merci electricien pour ta patience , pour info , j avais recu un email frauduleux sur ma messagerie SFR il y a 1 mois ,j avais avast 4.8 familiale gratuit et ne ma rien signalé! ?,

je te conseille vivement de faire les démarches dés demains matin.

continue la suite de poste 32 et donne moi des nouvelles du fonctionnement du pc.
n'oublie pas de faire la place aussi sur ton pc, ton DD est presque plein !

merci electricien ,j ai fait un scanner avec mon anti virus https://www.avast.com/fr-fr/index ,la derniere version avast 5 gratuite , voici les resultat ecrit manuellement car le rapport ne s affiche pas , il donne juste les elements suivant : scanner minutieux : 1h33.52 19h50.52 fichiers testé : 208273 dossiers testé : 19790 volumes de donné testé 157.03 gb fichiers infecté : 0 aucun virus detecté apparament tout fonctionne ,j ai l impression qu il y a moins de ralentissement , plus de fermeture de programes qui ne repondent pas , avant les programes ne repondait plus , se fermé tous seul , bravo electricien , une question ,ma soeur a un portable mac ,et a des soucis de fermetures de programes , je te tiendrai au courant sur ce forum bientot pour resoudre le probleme , amicalement

du moment ou ton pc n'est plus infecté, crée un point de restauration système.

pour le pc de ta soeur, je n'ai pas de connaissance sur les Mac !
mais essaie de poster sur le forum et indique bien qu'il s'agit d'un mac, on va bien t'aider :-)
