Bonjour,
voilà je me tourne vers vous en dernier recours.
Je possède un PC portable acer aspire sous windows vista, il fonctionnait sans problèmes importants depuis un an mais voilà :
Tout à l'heure j'ai essayé de l'allumer, il y a eu un écran noir et l'ordinateur a apparemment vérifié un disque. L'ordi a ensuite démarré, je croyais être sorti d'affaire mais :
- D'abord il y a plusieurs messages de .exe qui ne veulent pas démarrer.
- Il y a également le centre de sécurité qui refuse de se lancer. J'ai essayé d'aller dans services, il n'était pas désactivé mais arrêté et on ne peut pas le démarrer car il y a une erreur 1068 me semble t-il.
-L'antivirus (antivir) est désactivé et je ne peux pas le réactiver.
Bref je ne sais plus quoi faire je me tourne donc vers vous, merci d'avance à ceux qui sauront apporter des solutions à mes problèmes.

Vous êtes rapide ! Donc je ne m'en fait pas pour vous en sortir. Par contre, une sauvegarde est toujours intéressante à garder
si tu veut restaurer, tu peut le faire de 2 manières
1 avec la partition de restauration
2 avec les cd de restauration

le formatage, efface le système d'exploitation, il te faudras un DVD d'installation pour le remettre, c'est donc une mauvaise option.

Rends toi sur ce site :
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/
Clique sur parcourir et cherche ce fichier : c:\windows\inf\drvindex.dat
Clique sur Send File.
Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.
Attends la fin. Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.
Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.
Copie le dans ta réponse.
Si tu ne trouves pas le fichier alors
Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
Pour cela :
Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage
Cocher afficher les dossiers cachés
Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"
Décocher masquer les extensions dont le type est connu
Puis fais «appliquer» pour valider les changements.
Et OK

Télécharge ZHPDiag ( de Nicolas coolman ).
https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html
Double clique sur le fichier d'installation, puis installe le avec les paramètres par défaut ( N'oublie pas de cocher " Créer une icône sur le bureau " )
Lance ZHPDiag en double cliquant sur l'icône présente sur ton bureau (Clique droit -> Executer en tant qu'admin ( vista )
Clique sur la loupe en haut à gauche, puis laisse l'outil scanner.
Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur l'icône en forme de disquette et enregistre le fichier sur ton bureau.
Rend toi sur Cjoint : http://www.cijoint.fr/
Clique sur "Parcourir " dans la partie " Joindre un fichier[...] "
Sélectionne le rapport ZHPdiag.txt qui se trouve sur ton bureau
Clique ensuite sur "Créer le lien cjoint " et copie/colle le dans ton prochain message

Télécharge Superantispyware (SAS)
https://www.superantispyware.com/superantispywarefreevspro.html
Choisis "enregistrer" et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Double-clique sur l'icône d'installation qui vient de se créer et suis les instructions.
Créé une icône sur le bureau.
Double-clique sur l'icône de SAS (une tête dans un cercle rouge barré) pour le lancer.
Si l'outil te demande de mettre à jour le programme ("update the program definitions", clique sur yes.
Sous Configuration and Preferences, clique sur le bouton "Preferences"
Clique sur l'onglet "Scanning Control "
Dans "Scanner Options ", assure toi que la case devant lles lignes suivantes est cochée :
* Close browsers before scanning
* Scan for tracking cookies
* Terminate memory threats before quarantining
Laisse les autres lignes décochées.
Clique sur le bouton "Close" pour quitter l'écran du centre de contrôle.
Dans la fenêtre principale, clique, dans "Scan for Harmful Software", sur "Scan your computer".
Dans la colonne de gauche, coche C:\Fixed Drive.
Dans la colonne de droite, sous "Complete scan", clique sur "Perform Complete Scan"
Clique sur "next" pour lancer le scan. Patiente pendant la durée du scan.
A la fin du scan, une fenêtre de résultats s'ouvre . Clique sur OK.
Assure toi que toutes les lignes de la fenêtre blanche sont cochées et clique sur "Next".
Tout ce qui a été trouvé sera mis en quarantaine. S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer l'ordi ("reboot"), clique sur Yes.
Pour recopier les informations sur le forum, fais ceci :
- après le redémarrage de l'ordi, double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer SAS.
- Clique sur "Preferences" puis sur l'onglet "Statistics/Logs ".
- Dans "scanners logs", double-clique sur SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log.
- Le rapport va s'ouvrir dans ton éditeur de texte par défaut.
- Copie son contenu dans ta réponse.

bon le DrWeb a trouve quelque bricole et j'ai lu ton lien qui ne m'a pas beaucoup plus éclairer

donc supprimes combofix er retélécharges en le renommant CEDRIC.exe avant de l'enregistrer sur le bureau

De mon côté, j'ai téléchargé la dll qui pose problème mais je n'ai pas l'autorisation de la copier dans le dossier system32, j'aurais donc besoin d'une astuce pour la copier et j'essaye d'établir une bonne traduction pour la discussion que j'ai trouvée.

Je dois avouer que je n'ai pas compris grand chose, je n'ai pas le DVD de Vista et je ne dois pas me servir des DVD créés à l'achat, que faire alors ?
