    Well, that's a weird request.
    It's a very very very specific request, or do you just need software to manage a tournament, simply put? Right?

    Basically, yes, I’m organizing a tournament and I’m looking for the software that will manage it....
    I enter the names of the players, it draws the places at random, ranks the competitors, etc.....

    You need something that allows you to enter the names of the players, to generate a random list, to assign points to each one, etc.

    Excel?
    Otherwise, search online: free management software.
