Unsupported video format tnt

Hello,

I just bought a Metronic Zapbox Single 4.2 TNT adapter; it finds channels well, but the problem is that I can't watch them as it says "unsupported video format." Can you help me?

      unsupported format ==>> these are HD channels while the tuner is SD (and sometimes the encrypted channels are marked the same instead of pay or encrypted)

        Hello,

        I have exactly the same issue with my new TNT receiver, but only when I watch the Canal Plus programs in the clear.

        Have you resolved your problem or not?
