Open Task Manager under RDP

Hello,

I'm using Remote Desktop Connection to connect to my computer in another city.

Unfortunately, an application has crashed on the remote machine, and it would be fine if I could launch the task manager to kill the faulty process. I have a blank screen, so I can't do my usual trick: right-click on the taskbar and select Task Manager. The shortcut "Windows Key + R" doesn't work either.

If I press Ctrl+Alt+Del (or Ctrl+Shift+Esc): it opens the task manager on my local machine...

Does anyone have any ideas to get me out of this? Or do I have to travel 350 km just to press ctrl+alt+del and come back...? :'(

In my opinion, there is no solution, but I'm asking just in case...

Thank you.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.5.7

Hello
To launch the task manager on a remote machine that you connect to via RDP, you must press CTRL + ALT + END.

Hello,

Can you launch a command prompt?

If so, try executing the tasklist command, then use the taskkill command to kill the process without the task manager.

Best regards.
