Microphone Feedback in Audacity

Hello,
I record my songs on Audacity, but so far I haven't managed to enable microphone monitoring, which means I can't hear myself well when I sing. If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be great!

Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.5.7

You go to "Transport" and "Audio software passage (on/off)"

Thank you, but the problem now is that, like with Lokeem, the return is too late and I can't remove it, and if I remove it, I can't record or play the tracks anymore...
