How to modify gangs in gta san andreas

Bonjour, je cherche quelqu'un qui sait comment modifier les gangs dans GTA San Andreas. Je veux savoir s'il y a un logiciel ou quelque chose comme ça.

    Change the gangs? How do you want to change them (change their look, change the gang characters, ...?)
