display date of cell modification in excel

Question

Hello,
I have a very simple Excel file, and I would like to have the date of modification at the end of the line when certain cells are changed! But I don't know how to do this at all... I've looked a lot on different forums without finding exactly what I was looking for... Does anyone have an idea??

Here is the example
A b c d
1 code date of modification
2 dsf sqfdf sqdf 12/28/09
3 azeer reyy yjyjfj 12/29/09
