Gros soucis par reinstaller un Systeme

Bonjour,

j'ai un énorme souci avec un portable Acer 5720 Z,il semblerai qu'il manque plein de chose dans la base de registre,je n'y connais pas grand chose,je vais essayer de poster le diagnostic Hijack
