Hello,
Excuse me, I am reaching out again to seek your help due to a recurring problem that occurs on my Freebox. Indeed, for the past few days, the error message "ERROR R999" appears as soon as I try to switch to the W9 channel (only). This started happening since I attempted to switch to HD mode. Since then, despite having contacted Free's technical support, they have not been able to resolve my issue. With that said, I am relying on your assistance.

Hello,
You didn't mention what the support suggested to resolve the problem. I had the same error on France 2. It was enough to:- 1- restart the ADSL box (by unplugging it)
- 2- connect the TV box directly via Ethernet cable
- 3- restart the TV box while pressing one of the buttons on the front for more than 5 seconds to update the firmware (software download)
With this procedure, the channel is accessible again. If this is something you already did without success, sorry; but maybe this information will be useful to others. I had previously resolved a blockage issue with my box using this method, but I hadn't thought of it for this inaccessible channel issue. Thanks to Free support. -

When I turn on my FreeBox, a message appears
" Error. R999 "

I've already had these issues several times with the channels I receive via TNT through Freebox... you just need to start a new scan (Freebox/settings/TNT).

Cool, I confirm that scanning the TNT channels solves the problem (freebox/button/settings/TNT).

well me neither, no channel works except for Canal.
I did a scan of the TNT channels and it still doesn’t work.
I reset the firmware and still nothing.
Now I don’t know what else to try.
I’m going to unplug the fiber.
