SFR customer reference number.

Hello,
I would like to open an SFR customer account to access my bills or change my plan. They are asking for my phone number, which is not a problem, but then they ask for the customer reference number that is supposedly on my bill. I tried using the account holder number and the contract number, but those are not correct. I can't see any other number. Help me, thank you.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    The customer reference appears on the ADSL invoice.
    It starts with 1-xxxxxx.

      Same problem.
      I don't have an ADSL bill. Just a "mobile" bill and the reference is not indicated. I have a holder number and a contract number and nothing works. The code received by SMS doesn't work either.
