Supprimer les programmes inutiles

Bonjour,

j'aimerais faire de la place sur mon disque dur pour pouvoir y installer un jeu mais je ne sais pas ce que je peux supprimer dans ajouter ou supprimer des programmes. Pouvez vous m'aider ?
