Message d'erreur ai démérage de windows 7

Bonjour,

je viens d'acheter un Packard Bell EasyNote TJ67 avec un processeur Centrino, GeForce GT240M avec Windows 7.

Dès le premier, un message d'erreur s'est affiché :

" Windows failed to star. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem :

1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "next".
3. Click "repair your computer"

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

J'ai donc contacter Packard Bell qui m'a envoyé 4 CD nommés :

CD 1 : EN-TJ67 RCD W7HP64 BASE Disc 1/2
CD 2 : EN-TJ67 RCD W7HP64 BASE Disc 1/2
CD 3 : EN-TJ67 SCD W7HP64 Bootable Disc 1/1
CD 4 : Language Pack LPCD W7 64bit French (FR) Disc 1/1

Je ne sait absolument pas comment restaurer mon système ou résoudre le problème c'est pourquoi je demande votre assistance.
