nod32 détecte tu peux y faire un scan en ligne, il supprime au redémarrage du pc s'il n'y arrive pas :

alors zivalyfa.dll je le trouve pas, par contre j'ai un dossier zivalyf dans windows et j'ai les fichiers zivalyf.exe, zivalyf.chm, et zivalyf.cfg dans system32.
j'ai supprimé liveupdate symantec et ad aware.-

tu n'as pas fait sa surtout CLIC BIEN SUR LE LIEN CI DESSOUS pour avoir les instructions:

ensuite tu refait un scan RAPIDE avec malwarebyte
puis après sa tu poste un nouveau RSIT de controle pour finir
as tu encore des problemes ?-
oui j'ai encore des problemes. ordi toujours aussi long à se mettre en route, et les programmes sont super longs à repondre pendant au moins une demi heure voire une heure.

- Utilise CCleaner https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-ccleaner/
va dans option/avancé et decoche la 1er ligne et nettoie plusieurs fois dans les onglets registre et nettoyeur jusqu' atrouver 0erreur
- ensuite va dans demarrer/tout les programme/windows update et recherche et installe TOUTES les mises a jour et redemarre ton PC (recommence cette operation jusqu'a avoir aucune mise a jour car tu n'as pas le SP2
- dans le panneau de configuration desinstalle Adobe acrobat 7 et installe la derniere version ici

toujours dans le panneau de configuration/ajout et suppression de programme desinstalle aussi
spybot qui prends de la place pour pas grand chose ainsi que tous les logiciels dont tu ne te sert pas ou plus MAIS PAS CE QUE TU NE CONNAIS PAS !!
il faut faire de la place, il t'en reste + beaucoup de libre
- redemarre ton PC au bip tapote F8 et choisit mode sans echec puis supprime ce dossier :
C:\Windows\hdbha
- toujours en mode sans echec va dans demarrer/dans la barre de recherche blanche en bas tape CMD puis entrée
dans la fentre tape
sc delete hdbha
puis entrée et dit moi si sa ta bien mit service delete
- pour supprime les reste de norton utilise cette outils :

Dans CCleaner, clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers temporaires de Windows datant de plus de 24 heures" ; par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.
# Etape 1/ Télécharge :
- Toolbar-S&D http://eric71.geekstogo.com/tools/ToolBarSD.exe (Eric_71) sur ton Bureau.
Redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici https://www.wekyo.com/demarrer-le-pc-en-mode-sans-echec-windows-7-et-8/ ; Choisis ta session courante *** David *** (pour retrouver le rapport, clique sur le raccourci "Rapport GenProc[1]" sur ton bureau).
# Etape 2/
Lance Toolbar-S&D situé sur le Bureau. Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée". Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression.
# Etape 3/
Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.
# Etape 4/
Redémarre normalement et poste, dans la même réponse :
- Le contenu du rapport TB.txt situé dans C:\ ;
- Un nouveau rapport GenProc ;
Précise les difficultés que tu as eu (ce que tu n'as pas pu faire...) ainsi que l'évolution de la situation.

tu dois le refaire plusieurs fois jusuq' atrouver 0erreur
12 min c'est beaucoup -
une des raison peut etre qu'il ne te reste que peux te place sur ton de libre sur ton PC
essai de faire une defragmentation... je ne pense pas que cela viennent de virus.
vois si demain tu repasse un coup de CCleaner et que tu retrouve 200 erreurs (sans avoir installer et desinstaller plein de logiciels) dans ce cas, on regarde + en detail
sinon fait le menage dans ton PC, les truc inutile etc... et la defrag -
qu'une erreur de registre aujourd'hui. je m'attaquerai à la defragmentation plus tard pour voir si ça va mieux apres

defragmentation effectuée! j'ai redemarré l'ordi il met encore pas mal de temps (12 min) et il faut entendre un petit moment pour que les programmes repondent rapidement. Je desespere :(

ok essaye sa :
va dans demarrer / ensuite dans la barre de recherche blanche en bas
tu tape
CHKDSK (n'appui pas sur entrée)
le PC va te trouver CHKDSK.exe (au dessus) tu clic droit dessus et choisit executer en administrateur
un scan va ce lancer laisse le faire et suit les instructions a la fin si on t'en donne
puis retourne dans demarrer et dans la barre de recherche tape
CMD
tu execute CMD en administarteur (comme expliqué au dessus)
dans la fenetre noir tu tape
sfc /scannow (il y a un espace entre les 2)
un scan va ce lancer, laisse faire si on te demande le CD de windows met le si tu l'as.
dit moi ce que les 2 commandes t 'on mise et si sa va mieux.

pour tes ports USB tu va sur ce site et tu met a jour TOUS tes drivers (tu installe les dernier en date car tu en auras plusieurs pour chaque categorie)

Pour supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels qui ont servi à traiter les infections spécifiques :
* Télécharge Toolscleaner sur ton Bureau

* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.

* Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta prochaine réponse
