Sites frauduleux ou pas ?

Je voudrais relancer une discussion sur les sites de ventes sur le web.
Je recherche des Ugg Australia et j'ai trouvé en plus de tous les sites déjà cités sur votre forum, 2 sites supplémentaires sur lesquels j'ai de gros doutes :

http://www.goodbye-girl.org : qui semble être au 1er abord un site du Wisconsin (USA) tout à fait honnête

puis lorsque l'on saisi le nom du site sur google, on tombe invariablement sur un site chinois AirMaxKeyy, et si vous cliquez sur cache dans la recherche google vous tombez sur le bon site soit GoodByeGirl.
Amazon.com étant propriétaire de ce site, je me suis adressé à eux (en anglais obligé):
