Hello, I am also with Akeo and I cannot find my Akeo invoice or where to find it because I have been subscribed since August 20, 2009, and I still have not received an invoice. Hello Josefine
The easiest way for your invoice is to contact your Akeo advisor (his number is on your contract). He is there to ensure customer follow-up and answer all your questions.
If you signed your contract on August 20, you should have been connected in September, your invoice is calculated in October and sent around the 20th for a direct debit at the beginning of November and then every month.
Your invoice is sent via email to your akeonet address and the details are attached.
You can also ask your advisor to help you set up your Akeo customer account and have access to your billing history and the amount of your out-of-bundle communications.
