mon pc est infecté Résolu

Question

Bonjour,

Depuis une semaine mon pc devient lent , j'ai fais un scan avec mon anti virus qui a détecté  9 virus et un scan avec Malwarebytes a détecté des trojans , je les ai tous supprimer , mais les virus sans toujours là avira m'alerte à chaque fois,
j'attends votre aide et merci d'avance ,

Hello figman,

Fais plutot ceci stp:

• Télécharge USBFIX  
http://pagesperso-orange.fr/NosTools/Chiquitine29/UsbFix.exe­ 
 


 (!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] . 

• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée] 

• Laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
          Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
          Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Je te recommande de faire un nettoyage de ton pc avec le logiciel CCleaner (Tutorial : http://www.videotutorial.fr/tutorial/nettoyage-pc-ccleaner-18 ) puis de poster un rapport HiJackThis ensuite.

(!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau

• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 2 " ( Suppression ) et tape sur [entrée]  

• Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

• Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

ENSUITE:



Télécharge RSIT  (de random/random) sur le bureau :

- Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui est sur le bureau
- Clique sur "Continue" dans la fenêtre
- RSIT téléchargera HijackThis si il n’est pas présent où détecté, alors il faudra accepter la licence
- Poste le contenu de log.txt plus info.txt (réduit ds la barre de taches) à la fin de l’analyse .

Pour desinstaller les outils utilisés

Telecharge ToolsCleaner2
--> http://pc-system.fr/ 
-Une fois téléchargé, installe-le et lance-le 
-Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer 
-Clique sur SUPPRESSION 
-Clique sur Quitter pour que le rapport puisse se créer
-Poste moi le rapport se trouvant ici--> C:\TCleaner.txt 


puis

---> Télécharge et installe CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar) :
https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Utilitaire/nettoyeurs_et_installeurs/fiches/32599.html 

 * Lance-le. Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc.... 
* Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage. 
* Ensuite, choisis Registre, puis Chercher des erreurs. Une fois terminé, répare toutes les erreurs tant de fois qu il en trouve a l analyse(Sauvegarde la base de registre).  
* Décoche la case plus vieux que 48 h

3 fichiers me chiffonnent

Rends toi sur ce site :

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

Clique sur parcourir et cherche ce fichier : C:\WINDOWS\system32\0t6HAmRVcT4FbDS.vbs

Clique sur Send File.

Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.

Attends la fin. Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.

Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.

Copie le dans ta réponse. 

Si VirusTotal indique que le fichier a déjà été analysé, cliquer sur le bouton Reanalyse le fichier maintenant  

Recommence avec 

 C:\WINDOWS\system32\avifile32.dll  et 
C:\WINDOWS\system32\XGEZ7.vbs

un ti problème quand je fait la recherche sur google ,elle s'effectue normale et il affiche plusieurs résultats  , je clic sur un des liens  retrouvés , on m'affiche des sites érotique  ou des sites publicitaire ou encore un anti virus , en me demandant de le télécharger sous  prétexte que mon pc court un grand danger , je refuse bien sur en cliquant sur quitter et malgré ça  il commence à se charger  , à ton avis sa vient de quoi ??

En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire. 

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu 

/!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\

Télécharge SmitfraudFix (de de S!Ri, balltrap34 et moe31) :

- Enregistre-le sur le bureau 

- Double-clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe et choisis l'option 1 puis Entrée 

- Un rapport sera généré, poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse. 

[*] process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus comme étant un risktool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.[*] 

** Ne fais l'étape 2 que si on te le demande, on doit d'abord examiner le premier rapport.

Essaie de faire le scan avec ComboFix mais en mode sans échec.

---> Pour redémarrer en mode sans échec :
- Redémarre ton PC.
- Au démarrage, tapote sur F8 (F5 sur certains PC) juste après l'affichage du BIOS et juste avant le chargement de Windows.
- Dans le menu d'options avancées, choisis Mode sans échec.
- Choisis ta session.

"un ti problème quand je fait la recherche sur google ,elle s'effectue normale et il affiche plusieurs résultats , je clic sur un des liens retrouvés , on m'affiche des sites érotique ou des sites publicitaire ou encore un anti virus , en me demandant de le télécharger sous prétexte que mon pc court un grand danger , je refuse bien sur en cliquant sur quitter et malgré ça il commence à se charger , à ton avis sa vient de quoi ??"
