je voudrai bien savoir pouqoi tous mes ficheirs cachés ne s'affichent plus méme si je coche afficher

j'ai télechargé un shareware qui s'appelle FLASH DESINFECTOR il a remédié comme miracle a mon problème mais est il sur et efficace a long terme?
