Bonjour,
voila j'ai plusieurs problème qui dure et qui me gâche le vie sur mon pc
j'ai une perte de connections internet régulière (je redémarre mon pc pour que sa remarche ) se n'ai pas un problème de réseau car je joue a la xbox en live et jamais eu de problème sa viens que de mon pc
et le second et une erreur qui s'appelle : erreur win32 (le thème passe en win98 et je pers le son)

un virus ? je sais pas mais svp quelqu'un peut m'aider -_-

comment va ton pc? quels sont les soucis actuels???

j'ai toujours c'est erreur "erreur generic host process for win32" elle me coupe le son âpre un certain temps ma connections internet et le thèmes de mon bureau passe en mode classique

tu peu faire quelque chose ?

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

si je laisse l'antivirus il y a des message inquiètent donc je n'ose pas lancer le log avec l'antivirus mais il n'y a pas moyen de l'arrêter

sinon vire complètement avg

tu le réinstallera ensuite avec la derniere version , une fois combofix effectué

Essaye ceci:

Demarre ton pc en mode sans echec en appuyant sur la touche f8 au tout demrrage de ton pc, puis essaye de desintaller ton programme "avg"

1. va dans panneau de config et supprime le, s'il y est encore là puis,

2. va dans demarrer, C:, program files et cherche le dossier "Grisoft" ou "AVG free" puis supprime le, et redemarre ton pc.

pour le moment sa va l'erreur n'ai pas réapparus mais sa ne veux rien dire parfois elle ne se montre pas avent plusieurs heure.
je vais faire avg tt de suite

et vire avec tools cleaner ce qui a été utilisé, si l'erreur revient tu diras (et note le message exact qui est donné)

ok repasse avg pour vérier que tout est ok
et/ou colle un scan en ligne de chez bitdefender ou panda ou kaspersky ou nod32
