Hello,
When I turned on my MacBook this morning, I realized that I can no longer turn on my keyboard. When I press the corresponding keys (F5 and F6), the logo appears on the screen, but with a "no entry" symbol underneath. I have the 2.4 GHz version, so I do have the option for the backlit keyboard, and it's an option that has worked before. I would like to know how to reset the option and where the problem comes from!
Thank you

Hello
I don't have one (white MacBook) but Apple support says this:
To adjust the keyboard backlight on a portable computer:
Choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, then click on Keyboard.
Open Keyboard preferences
To enable the backlight, check the box "Illuminate the keyboard in low ambient light".
If you want the computer to automatically turn off the backlight when inactive, slide the slider to indicate the conditions for turning off.
See you later!
