How to change a torrent file to iso

Hello,

I would like to know if we can change a PAL torrent file into an ISO downloaded from [espalwii.com]
with a software, if possible could you send me the link

    A torrent file is a file that groups several things:
    - the hash of the file(s) in the torrent
    - the trackers of the torrent
    - the list of files

    Basically, when you open a .torrent file (with a torrent client: BitTorrent, uTorrent ...), it will start downloading the file(s) corresponding to the .torrent file.

    So if you open it, it downloads everything to your PC using Peer-to-peer and you can retrieve the iso contained within!
