Navigation internet très lente.

Bonsoir,

Je me permet de poster un message sur ce forum cas je suis désemparé ! Je suis actuellement étudiant Erasmus en Hongrie, a Debrecen. Je loue un appartement, avec l'internet par le cable.
Il y a deux semaines, je naviguait avec du 5 méga. J'étais en train de jouer à cs, quand tout un coup je suis passé d'un ping de 30, a un ping de 2000!
Je télécharge a 1.2/ 1.3 ko/s. Je suis branché a mon modem en Ethernet. Je navigue sur internet avec un ordinateur portable.
J'ai défragmenter, fait un scanner minutieux avec avast, spybot, Malware bytes. Mais rien n'est détecter. J'ai aussi passé un coup de Ccleaner. Je ne sais pas quoi faire de plus...
J'ai penser a un problème de mémoire vive. Peut être! Si c'est le cas je ne peux rien y faire.
