Hello,
I have a problem with the powerline adapter of my Freebox on the TV.
The TV works for a few moments, then suddenly it starts crackling until the image freezes.
I then unplug and replug my Freebox. The phenomenon repeats all day long.
I feel like there is a drop in voltage or something like that.
I have already changed the Freeplug but still have the same problem. My Freeplug is connected to a single socket (as recommended)
Does anyone have a solution?
THANK YOU for your responses.

HELLO
update the ADSL box and then the HD TV
check the synchronization of the freeplugs
change the video mode to standard and if necessary to low bitrate
also check your internet speed in settings

I did what you just told me, but it doesn't change anything at all.
I've had the Free for over a year and this problem has been happening for 5 months.
I know it's a powerline issue.
But despite changing the powerline adapters, I'm still having the same problem.
I live in a new building.
I feel like there's a voltage drop at the powerline adapters.
Has anyone ever encountered this case?
PLEASE help me because I'm starting to lose patience.
