Bonjour,
Je suis nouveau sur le forum et j'ai besoin d'une âme charitable car j'ai un problème avec mon pc et je n'y connais pas grand chose en informatique!
Lorsque j'allume mon pc, un message windows apparait et me demande d'installer le cd d'installation windows et d'appuyer sur "entrée". Lorsque je fais cette manip, l'ordianteur redémarre et ce message d'erreur réapparait!
Voici le message écrit sur mon écran :

1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next"
3. Click "repair your computer"
If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Pour information, mon pc est un portable Asus sur lequel je n'ai installé aucun logiciel récemment, ni aucun logiciel.

Bonjour,
essayez de démarrer en mode sans échec
tapotez la touche F8 en général ou ( F5 selon les pc) au démarrage, puis sélectionnez, avec le flèches du clavier,"mode sans échec" puis appuyez sur la touche entrer
démarrez en administrateur
puis faire une restauration système à une date antérieure au problème.
