Lexmark chip programmer

Hello,
I would like to know if Lexmark cartridges (regardless of the model) need to be reprogrammed after being refilled.
I know that some cartridges from other brands require a resetter after being filled, but I'm not sure about Lexmark.
I have searched for a Lexmark resetter but I can't find any, so I assume it doesn't exist and thus the chips in Lexmark cartridges do not need to be reprogrammed; I just want a confirmation or a denial of this assumption.

Thank you
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    No need.
Lexmark is the only one selling cartridges with the print heads integrated into the cartridge and not in the printer. So no need.
