WINDOWS 7 ,probleme de mise a jour

Bonjour,

alors voila,depuis que j'ai fait cette mise a jour hier soir,la navigation internet me parait beaucoup plus lente qu'auparavant,j'ai essayer de la désinstaller mais elle ne se s'affche pas quand je vais dans "mise a jour installée" pourtant dans l'historique des mise a jour je la voir bien avec la date et la mention "réussie"

Je voudrai trouver un moyen pour m'en débarrasser et revenir comme auparavant,soit en réstaurant,soit en désinstallant,merci de m'aidez :)
