éradiquer le virus W32.Wallz

bonjour,
voila je viens d'installer windows XP familliale sur mon ordi ainsi que norton anti virus. Et voila que je me retrouve avec un virus du nom de: W32.Wallz. J'ai scanner l'ordi mais norton ne peut pas supprimer ni mettre en quarantaine ce virus. Alors svp help me!!!! Je ne sais plus quoi faire
d'avance merci
P.S: essayer d'être précis pour vos réponses car je ne suis pas une experte.

essai ceci:
A2 Free (anti-trojans et worms) <installe et scan avec et supprime ce qu il trouve
http://www.emsisoft.net/fr/software/download/

et refais un scan chez RAV

bon ce virus je l ai aussi le w32.wallz j ai ete sur le site il a fait un updating pour me dire a la fin updating failed! j ai meme pas pu cocher auto clean je sais pas koi faire aidez moi svp je vais vous copie coller ici ce kil me dit exactement.

fais un scan en ligne ailleur, rav n arrive pas a faire les mises a jour des definitions apparemment

ou t ele detecte ton antivirus?
