Impossible de désinstaller l'antivris

quand je veux desinstaller l'antivirus ESET antivirus ; pendant la desinstalation un message apparrait :
Another application has exclusive access to the file 'C:\document and setting\ all users \ Application data \ ESET \ ESET antivirus \ charon \ cache.NDB ' Please shut down all other applications, then click Retry.
