Bonjour, a tous j'ai un souci avec mon pc quand je l'allume et je l'eteint il est super long et kan je navigue aussi il est lent je sais pas d'ou sa vient pourtant je jibere le disque dur et je fait une defragmentation automatque toute les semaines!!! merci de m'aider svp!!!

Clique droit sur le bouton windows en bas à gauche, puis " explorer " , ensuite tu développe l'arborescence à gauche selon le chemin que je t'ai indiqué ( c'est programmes pas program files pour vista ) , puis tu clique droit sur le dossier " trend micro " et tu fais " supprimer " ( prend bien soin de fermer hijackthis avant )

T'inquiètes pas tu n'as pas fait d'énorme connerie, tu n'as d'ailleur rien fait du tout c'est toolscleaner qui s'en ai chargé.

Relance le en prennant soin de quitter hijackthis puis poste le log.

[x] Double-clique sur « Toolscleaner.exe »
[x] Clique sur "restauration" pour créer un point de restauration.
[x] Puis clique sur « recherche »
[x] Quand la recherche sera terminée, clique sur "suppression".
[x] A la fin (il y aura des indications dans le cadre en-dessous), clique sur "quitter" et poste le rapport qui se trouve dans C:\Tcleaner.txt

RSIT ----->

[x] Télécharge Random's System Information Tool à cette adresse : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

[x] Double clique sur " RSIT.exe ".

[x] Clique sur " Continue ".

[x] Si hijackthis n'est pas présent il sera automatiquement téléchargé et tu devras accepter la license.

[x] Une fois l'analyse finie, deux fichiers ( info.txt & log.txt ) s'ouvriront.

[x] Copie colle le contenu des deux rapports dans ton prochain message

Fait ceci :

Ad-Remover ---->

[x] Si tu es sous vista : Désactive l'UAC (Menu Démarrer \ Panneau de Configuration \ Comptes d'utilisateurs et protection des utilisateurs \ Comptes d'utilisateurs \ Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs \ décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle ... et valide par OK , il te sera demandé de redémarrer, fais le)

[x] Télécharge Ad-remover (de C_XX) sur ton bureau : http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/16506160323759868/AD-R.exe

[x] Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut..

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

[x] Double-clique sur le raccourci Ad-Remover sur ton Bureau.(Clic droit -> "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur". ( Pour Vista)

[x] Séléctionne l'option F pour français

[x] A la fenêtre qui s'affiche clique sur " oui "

[x] Séléctionne l'option S

[x] Laisse l'outil travailler.

[x] Une fois le scan fini, appuie sur une touche, le rapport s'ouvre

[x] Copie/colle le dans ton prochain post

Ok pas de soucis de ce côté là, c'était juste une simple vérification.

En tout cas rien d'anormal sur ton PC, a part le message d'erreur " accès refusé " .

Est ce que tu es le seul a avoir un compte sur ton PC ? Parce qu'il se peut que ton compte aie été bridé par l'administrateur.
