Issue with fluvore.com

Hello, I discovered the site fluvore.com which allows you to download videos. But here's the thing, at my place during the conversion, it says "conversion failed or file expired". I've tried with several videos, but it always says that... a friend once sent me a video she downloaded with fluvore, but when I played it, there was no image (whereas she could see it). I'm not sure if it's because of that, like my player not being up to date, but can you help me?
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    Me too, I have the same problem. I found out that the site is actually down.

    When there is this kind of problem, it’s enough to wait; generally, it doesn’t last long. You should try again another day; if it still doesn’t work after 2 or 3 days, I don’t have a solution, but I think you don’t have the right version of Adobe or Windows.
