Access liberticam chat

Hello,
I'm trying to connect to the lberticam chat.
The application is asking me to load an "ActiveX control".
All download attempts fail.
Apparently, this could be due to the Norton antivirus that needs to be disabled... without success.

Help.

you need to search for activex camfrog web liberticam on google and download them.
