No image on the LCD screen of my camcorder

Hello,
Hi everyone, I have a big problem with my JVC camcorder; gz - mc 500. The LCD screen turns on and shows me the menus, but I can't see the image I'm filming or photographing (no need to ask me if I removed the lens cover) thanks for responding.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    Just a note if the black and white viewfinder is not properly closed, that can happen.

    The worst part is that it's true, you have to tap lightly on the target.
