Hello,
I plan to do my shopping for my next computer at compumsa (www.compumsa.eu)
and I wanted to know if it’s a good store. It's not expensive, but is it trustworthy?

Thank you, because I don’t want to get scammed out of 1000 euros...

I have been ordering from him for over 2 years now (more than 20 orders probably) and I've only received one response regarding the quality and trust I have gained from this site;
- speed: I don't think it can be better
- reliability: I've never had any problems or payment issues
- completeness: the information is always very clear and precise
- competitiveness: nice prices compared to the old stores I used to get supplies from.

I hope I've convinced you :p

Several purchases have been made at this store, including a laptop recently costing around 1300 euros; you can go there with complete confidence.

I first ordered from LDLC, then I canceled to order from them, reply within the hour by email, advise for the homogeneity of the setup, as already mentioned it's Belgian so in case of problems don't start sending everything back by mail with the costs... Very attractive price, shipping costs saved (€20) by picking it up on site.
For your information, my setup is i7 750, 2x2 Gskill memory, Maximus Formula III motherboard, Corsair 550 PSU, ATI 5850 graphics card, Gigabyte 550 case, WD 640 Go Black hard drive, Samsung TFT screen, W7 OS, DVD burner, Alaska card reader for ID cards, plus assembly of the equipment for around €1400

So I also recommend it with my eyes closed,

Bela

Well, here’s my first order: case + motherboard + processor (i5 750) + DDR3 + graphics card + OS + HDD... a complete setup.

Respect for deadlines, attractive price, possibility of pick-up on-site, so everything is fine for me so far.

Following my order and a compatibility issue with the 2.5 to 3.5 adapter for my SSD, there is no issue with the refund.

I wouldn't have recommended it to you if it were bad, or if I had received negative feedback,

https://www.rue-montgallet.com/boutiques/evaluations,compumsa,6614,1

http://www.prixdunet.com/avis-boutique/93-compumsa.htm

and it's Belgian, so not many people will know it in France :)

Indeed, I ordered and picked up my computer parts, all without any problems, very good service and very professional.

(I had asked if the silicone seals he was selling were really necessary, and he replied: "from a commercial point of view, YES, but it's 15 euros for not much, it's expensive and it doesn't make a big difference.)
VERY HONEST!!!

Yes, I've already ordered quite a few components from them and never had the slightest problem, always shipped quickly
(I can order without worrying)
it is indicated if the component is out of stock which avoids the waiting I've had with certain online stores
they are very fast and do everything possible to respond to questions quickly
all good

I have been a customer for # 6 years. No problems.
Once, there was a stock shortage on a special product => immediate email from compumsa informing me of a "small delay" (4 days).

Serious company, very interesting prices, perfect follow-ups, shipments and payments without any issues.

I wish I could find this kind of service more often in France.
