Bonjour,

Depuis quelques mois maintenant, dès que j'allume mon ordinateur, je recois ce message-ci ;

Erreur de chargement de C:\Windows\system32\dcpyhmxzmlo.dll Le module spécifié est introuvable.

Je n'ai royalement aucune idée de ce que cela signifie, quelqu'un pourrait-il m'éclairer ? (en sachant que je suis un novice en informatique).

    Salut,
    je me demande si ce n'est pas une DLL liée à un virus, car je ne trouve rien sur internet.
    Pourrais-tu juste faire une analyse avec HijackThis ?

      Merci de cette rapide réponse,
      Comme dit précedemment je ne suis novice, voire même ignorant du monde informatique, dès lors pourrais-tu (brièvement) m'expliquer ce qu'est une DLL et ce qu'est HijackThis ?

      Et en effet en tapant le truc sur google je n'avais pas non plus eu la moindre réponse.

    Les DLL sont des fichiers de Windows qui contiennent des bouts de programmes. Ainsi, les concepteurs de logiciels n'auront pas à créer ce qui existe déjà, ayant déjà certains éléments dans les DLL, ce qui accélère grandement le développement de logiciels.

    Hijackthis fait une analyse des éléments qui se chargent au démarrage du PC, entre autres. Pour le télécharger, va sur http://www.hijackthis.de/. Cherche le lien nommé "Téléchargement direct", en haut à droite, puis enregistre le fichier. Recherche-le sur ton Bureau puis fait un double-clic dessus. Une fenêtre se lance, avec un bouton "Install". Tu cliques dessus. S'ouvre ensuite une autre fenêtre, sur laquelle tu dois choisir "I accept". C'est tout pour l'installation. Le programme se lance enfin. Clique sur "Do a system scan and save a log file" et patiente. Le bloc note va s'ouvrir avec tout plein de texte. Il te suffit de faire un clic droit dedans puis de choisir "Sélectionner tout". Quand tout le texte est recouvert de bleu, refais un clic droit en choisissant de copier.
    Puis rends-toi sur le forum, dans la zone de rédaction de la réponse, et fait un clic droit en choisissant coller.

    Choche les cases devant les lignes suivantes :

    Le premier n'est pas nuisible mais ne sert plus à rien, tandis que le second est celui qui te faisais l'erreur.
    Vérifie bien que tu as coché ceux-ci et pas d'autres, puis cliques sur "Fix checked". Redémarre le PC et dit-nous ce qui ça donne.

    Désolé du retard.
    Rouvre le programme et clique sur "Do a system scan only". Coche ce que je t'ai indiqué puis clique sur "Fix checked".

    Bon j'ai fait cela mais ca ne marche toujours pas.
    Par contre je recois ceci après avoir coché "do a system scan only" (et c'était idem pour l'autre).

    Pourrais-tu ouvrir la fenêtre "Exécuter" (maintiens la touche 'Windows' et appuies sur la lettre R du clavier). Marque le texte suivant : notepad C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etcpuis valides par la touche Entrée. Le bloc note va s'ouvrir. Il faudrait que tu me colles son contenu dans une réponse.

    Bonjour à toi aussi.
    Rouvre la boîte "Exécuter" puis tapes dedans : '%windir%/system32/drivers/etc'. Valides par la touche entrée. Tu vas te retrouver dans un dossier contenant le fichier 'host'. Fais un double clic dessus puis choisis de l'ouvrir avec le bloc note. Colles-moi son contenu dans ton prochain message.
