    Hi everyone
Since the beginning of the discussion, there has been no response
We all have the same problem! So there’s no point in asking questions that are almost all the same
Anyway... You didn't specify whether WiFi is required
    Hi and please respond quickly

Hello everyone, I have an Acer Aspire 3690 and my screen keeps displaying the message "No Bluetooth device" and "No 3G device" blinking continuously. I have a small button on the front of the laptop, and even if I press it, it keeps blinking. Honestly, it's really annoying. Could someone tell me how to stop this blinking? Thank you for your response, please.

I have an ACER 7738, but the speaker sound is weak even at maximum. What should I do?

the simplest: go to the ACER site and support
then simply download the driver and install it
    and it works!

It's not possible to activate it, there's no card in the Acer computer, we've been scammed.

I cannot read the response given to the two previous correspondents.
I am asking the same question for the same problem.
    Thank you.

    Hi,
I have the same issue. I would like to use Bluetooth devices without inserting a USB dongle.
I have an Aspire 1692WLMI, with the proper button and the message "no device" when I press it.

I called ACER technical support, and I got the phone number of a partner who sells those specific cards (to be installed in the designated slot INSIDE the laptop), here it is:
    01 48 21 61 21 (REKAH Europe)

In my case, the card costs 38 euros excluding tax, + 8 euros for shipping... hmm!!

And I took apart the laptop to see where this little card would fit... but I couldn't find it!!!? Does anyone know where the Bluetooth card slot is in an Aspire 1692 or in another Acer (for your info!)?

      Hello Alain,

Have you found out how to install the internal Bluetooth card and does it come with the necessary connectors?

Hi Alain, the location of the card is in the same cache as the RAM.

Hi, I saw all your messages about Bluetooth connectivity issues on Acer PCs, and I also have an Acer 9300 that I couldn't connect via Bluetooth. So I bought a Bluetooth dongle yesterday (Peabird "Toshiba" brand)...... What a mess, Vista can't install the driver because there is no compatibility or digital signature.. Nothing works, even going to the Toshiba website, there is no upgrade except for their own laptops. It's ridiculous, so apparently, you can't just buy any dongle.... If you have any suggestions. Thank you. Laurence

    Hello,
I have the same problem with an Acer Aspire 9304WSMi.
It would be the least Acer's website could do to indicate how to purchase the Bluetooth module.

Especially since when you look on eBay, you see that there is a model "The listing contains photos
Acer Laptop Internal Bluetooth 2.0 Module 8pin1.05cm S" and a model "The listing contains photos
Acer Laptop Internal Bluetooth 2.0 Module 8pin1.05cm L" and obviously I don't know which one goes with which laptop model.

    Hello,
I have exactly the same problem as you with my Aspire 9304 WSMI, but apparently there is no solution regarding drivers and such; you need to buy a Bluetooth card, although I don’t know the name of it, install it, and under Vista, you need to accept, well, to trust the software. Once installed, right-click on the icon and run it in compatibility mode with Windows XP. So, to get back to the point, the Aspires are designed to receive a Bluetooth card but do not come with one at purchase.
What a shame at the price of the PC (but aside from that, it works wonderfully well!!!)
