Bonjour,

Après 5min environ j'ai un écran bleu et le message suivant

Stop c000021a
erreur systeme irrecuperable
le processus windows logon process s'est terminé de façon inattendue avec l'etat 0x0eedfade

Evidemment je ne sais pas faire d'analyse antivirus ou spyware car trop longue !

Pouvez-vous m'aider svp ???

Comment fait-on ?

Est-ce long car je n'ai pas beaucoup de temps à chaque fois ?

Je pense que j'ai été infectée par un cheval de troie car mon antivirus m'a averti mais je pense que j'ai fait une fausse manoeuvre et c'est à partir de ce moment-là que çà n'a plus fonctionné normalement !

Oui je sais c'est un peu stupide mais malheureusement je ne sais comment réparer mon erreur :-(

Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider et analyser mon rapport Hijackthis svp ?
