Hello,
I have a problem with my BATAPPLI software. It worked well for three years, but now it freezes when I click on invoices, quotes, or clients. However, I can access the tools menu without any issues. Reinstalling the software didn't make any difference. Could someone help me resolve this issue? Thank you in advance

I assume you haven't taken the annual support ...
There might be a "free" solution if you are still in "beginner" mode.
Go to "tools" and uncheck the "beginner menu" box (the first one on the list)
You will directly have all the functions on the right by clicking on quote or invoice without being guided like before (What do you want to do etc. etc.) but it should work.
