Ordi rame à mort

Bonjour,

Mon ordi rame trop depuis quelque temps. il était devenu lent il y a longtemps, mais là, il met plusieurs minutes avant d'ouvrir tel ou tel programme. je l'ai scanné avec avast mais il n'a détecté aucun problème...
je manque aussi d'espace sur le disque C. Il n'a que 20 go d'espace, mais les logiciels installés ne prennent pas plus de 5 gga, et je n'ai pas de photos ni de films, ni de musique sur le disque C. Sauriez-vous me dire où pouvent être passés les autres Go? c'est peut-être là le problème...?
en tout cas, j'ai fait aussi le scan avec hijackthis, et je le poste ici à tout hasard, au cas où vous pourriez me conseiller sur ce que je pourrais supprimer.
