Demmarage de mcafee trop lent

Bonjour,
mon pc demarre normalement et McAfee le fait ralentir au début car le temp qu'il demarre (30 a 40 seconde après que je lance ma session) j'ai pas accès à internet ou msn ou quoi que ce soit d'autre ce prblème est apparue depuis 1 mois. J'ai installée hijackthis et voici le rapport :
