You record your FLV using download helper (or others) and then convert it to MP3. (Well, it’s a bit heavy... but free)
Otherwise, you should switch to Linux and compile the downloadhelper module that does the conversion ;) or buy the downloadhelper module ^^

HELLO, ever since YouTube changed: TOO much! too many features!!!! I can no longer use download helper in mp4, only the flv download appears, I’ve messed with the different settings: playback of the video in MP4, but in the download helper options, there’s only the flv... can someone help me? thanks! Bzzzz
