For now, I don't have any problems; I have two Tucson TVs, one that's 94 cm and a smaller one for the bedroom. The bigger one was bought on sale at Leclerc; it was the last one in that store. Everything is fine for the moment, and for 324 euros, the big one is payable in 10 installments with a 2-year warranty, it's worth it. I'll see how long it lasts.
Hello, I feel compelled to respond as I am surprised to see negative reviews. I have a TUCSON TL8102B11 of 82 cm and I have no issues. Good value for money, good sound, superb image quality.
Movies on a USB key in AVI format work perfectly, all the additional connections too. Honestly, nothing to complain about.
The only negative point is that changing channels is a bit slow (2 to 3 seconds).
At this price, you won't find better quality. For your information: get a 5-year warranty to be worry-free!! (30 euros for 3 more years is not expensive!)

I'll keep you updated,
The TV is broken, I unplugged it and moved it elsewhere; the day the technician comes, he plugs it back in and it works... (so to answer, reliability is really zero)
So okay, the technician test, the TV is operational, I go play tennis with my wife, on the way back I want to turn the TV back on and bam, that shitty thing doesn’t work again...
Moral of the story: Tucson 0 in quality (plus) 0 in reliability and unfortunately the after-sales service provided by Leclerc, well, I advise against it!!!!!!
I'll keep you updated,
P.S. If anyone is or has been in the same situation, please drop a little note :)

Me, my TUCSON is two years old with no problems. I think that putting it in standby messes up the TVs, and yes, it gets hot. I use it for my evenings; I plug in a computer and have no issues. People criticize it while often they are the cause of their problems due to poor maintenance, etc. Moreover, avoid buying display models because they run in a loop and everyone touches them. That's it.
I bought a flat screen TUCSON three months ago, the base broke while I was watching TV calmly, the screen fell to the ground and is damaged. Leclerc tells me they won't cover this incident under warranty. The device is going for expert assessment at Tucson... what should I do to get a refund or exchange for my TV?
Re hello everyone;
regarding my problem, given that the customer service at Leclerc is dreadful, I found the solution to my issue!!!
It's the board that manages the power supply of my TV that's faulty... oh yes, when you cut corners, you compromise on quality... (now I know, but this issue can also occur with expensive equipment)
For your issue, microbeuse, try contacting the Leclerc store where you bought it; they can probably retrieve the receipt for you... since everything is archived digitally... If not, you still have 60 million consumers... generally, they are quite powerful :)
keep us updated :)
P.S. for you, all Leclercs have the same database...
Have a nice day and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you :)

Hello everyone, regarding the issue with the Tucson TV, I have a different one but I found the solution. Let me explain, I have a Tucson flat screen bought on sale at Leclerc, an 82 cm. It's been almost 2 years since I got it and sometimes it turns off and the TV flashes, but what to do lol. First, turn off your TV from the side, not with the remote, wait a bit, then turn the TV back on not with the remote but always using the buttons that you use when you no longer have the remote :) And then, like magic, it works again. I hope I helped you save on customer service :) Have a great day everyone.
Just like Chris, I have a Tucson that I bought on October 19, 2009, and it doesn’t seem to have any problems. I would even say that in terms of quality, it’s not so bad since despite the numerous moves and housewarming parties (:) ), it has never shown the slightest sign of weakness. I highly recommend it to all students on a tight budget :)
TUCSON is not a manufacturer
it's just a label sold ONLY at LECLERC
It's a bit like buying LECLERC peas, and yet they are not farmers but a RESELLER
Know that TUCSON is the same as AYA at BUT, TELEFUNKEL at Auchan, PRINCETON at Electrodepot, CONTINENTAL I don't remember where, maybe Carrefour etc...
They are ALL the same!
And who makes them?

Hello
I have a Tucson with either an LG or Samsung screen, and the management board is Tucson. I've changed it 5 times with only 2 installed on the TV because the components fall into the box; otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Hello, I’m responding because I’m surprised to see bad reviews. I have a TUCSON TL8102B11 that is 82 cm and I have no issues. Good value for money, great sound, superb image quality.
Movies on USB stick in AVI format work great, all the additional connections too. Honestly, nothing to complain about.
The only downside is that changing channels takes a bit long (2 to 3 seconds).
At this price, you won’t find better quality. Just so you know: get a 5-year warranty to be safe!! (30 euros for an extra 3 years is cheap!)

Hello
I had the same issue with my TV bought at Leclerc during a promotion
it's in the bedroom, so it's rarely used
the night before it was working perfectly, great picture and good sound quality
the next evening we wanted to watch TV in the bedroom again and we discovered a white screen with no image but perfect sound
the TV is not even 4 months old, the problem is that we can't find the warranty
if anyone has a tip it would be welcome
to be continued lol

Thank you for your response. Indeed, at the reception, they found the ticket with the loyalty card.
The TV stayed at customer service for easily two months; in the end, we lost our temper because the TV was still being repaired, so we ended up asking for a credit note.
We ended up buying a Samsung TV, and there's no comparison in terms of quality, that's for sure. The price is not the same, but everything comes at a cost.
Thanks again for your response.
Have a good day.

Same problem as the microbe. Bought in March, it worked for 3 weeks. After 2 months at the Leclerc service center and a fight, they refunded me in cash. Apparently, they had received a defective card to replace the faulty one, then a card that was not the right one. Now I just have to find another one.
Télé 48 cm Tucson! Not satisfied at all! The TV just failed me, it's impeccable but there's no picture anymore! Not great, I wanted a TV, not a radio! Plus, it's only 2 years and 4 months old! Even worse to be just 4 months short, I feel scammed! It's like they're programmed to fail right after the warranty! No more cheap brands for me, it's better to spend 50 euros more and have a nice logo and the quality that goes with it! Super disappointed!
Hey everyone,
Like some of you, I bought this brand too :) inexpensive and seemingly reliable :)
Yesterday I was watching TV, this morning I wanted to restart it and well, nothing... as if there was no power going to the TV... I check my bill, the 2-year warranty... and luckily it's still valid, just barely... I assume it's a power ignition issue... (not verified so don't hold me to it)
My device is a Tucson TNT3208HD purchased at a Leclerc store :)
So for now, I would advise you to take the extended warranty :)
I called on the warranty, I will keep you updated.

slt a tous, g 1 tucson 94cm ds la chambre et aucun pb , j'aimerai le vendre, a votre avis combien? cordialement.
Hi everyone, I have a 94cm Tucson in the room and no issues, I would like to sell it, how much do you think? Best regards.
Good evening, I have a Tucson 106 cm television and the fuse started to blow. I changed the fuse and now the power supply board and capacitors have failed with white liquid and a short circuit :( I would like to know if it's possible to just find this board and if so, at what price, considering that now we can find LCDs that are not very expensive due to the evolution of LEDs, so I’m wondering if it’s worth it. Thank you very much.
Yes, really, but be careful to retrieve the parental code; there are good TVs these days. Good luck.
