Direct3D Problem

Hello, here's what I see when I test Direct3D with dxdiag

Direct3D 7 test results: Failed at step 8 (Creating a 3D device): HRESULT = 0x887602eb (Error code)
Direct3D 8 test results: Failed at step 8 (Creating a 3D device): HRESULT = 0x8876086a (3D not available)
Direct3D 9 test results: Failed at step 8 (Creating a 3D device): HRESULT = 0x8876086a (3D not available)

Here is my graphics card:

nVidia Corporation NV5M64 [RIVA TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 Pro] NV5M64 [RIVA TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 Pro] (32 MB)

What should I do?
