Where to find ouisticram or tiplouf on platinum

Tiplouf et Ouisticram ne peuvent pas être attrapés dans Pokémon Version Platine. Tiplouf est le Pokémon de départ de type Eau dans Pokémon Diamant et Perle, tandis qu'Ouisticram est le Pokémon de départ de type Feu. Dans Pokémon Platine, vous pouvez choisir Pokémon de départ comme Tortipouss, Tiplouf et Ouisticram, mais vous ne pouvez pas les obtenir en dehors de ce contexte.

    If you have the option to use action replay or cheats, you can enter codes to get them, steal them from other trainers, etc. Otherwise, use the diamond or pearl version and make a trade... Or you can also trade using the GTS... but for that, you need Wi-Fi, or the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB connector if you don’t have a box at home ^^.
