Hello Brutus,
You're welcome, I only passed on this information from Black Winny that I found online a few years ago. Good luck, see you later.

Hello,
I have a problem with reinstalling framework 1.1. I have followed all the steps up to the reinstall of KB867460, and now it says: internal error 2755. 1639 ... windows installer\61ede0.msi.
It's probably an issue with Windows Installer, but I don't know how to fix it...
Do you have a solution?
Thank you!

Hello DD,
If you followed the black Winny operating procedure, I don't see how to proceed. Now I've downloaded all the software from Microsoft Windows Update .NET Framework from 1.1 to 3.5 SP1 and I no longer have any issues. The final and extreme solution is to reboot the PC with the Windows installation DVDs. But before that, back up all the items that are important on your PC (photos, music, movies, software, applications, drivers, etc.) because rebooting the PC will return it to its initial state as it was the day you purchased it.
Good luck, @+

Okay, because my issue is that the .NET Framework 3.5 update didn't want to install, and when I checked in add/remove programs, I noticed that 1.1 and 2.0 weren't installed. However, when I tried to install 2.0 SP1 or SP2, it said that my system does not support 2.0 SP1, and as a result, I can't install either 2.0 SP1 or 2.0 SP2.
