Probleme sims2pack clean installer

Bonjour,
voila j'ai récemment installé le logiciel "sims2pack clean installer" pour réinstaller le jeu des sims 2 que j'avais désinstaller auparavent.
Quand j'ouvre sims2pack, un message d'erreur s'affiche :
" Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0xbb0 (2992), Thread id=0xa98 (2712)

Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application. "

Ensuite je clique sur "Annuler" et un autre message d'erreur apparaît :
" Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2 (2). Please check computer settings.

cordbg.exe !a 0x7d0

Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually.
Click on Cancel to abort the JIT debug request. "

Que dois-je faire pour pouvoir utiliser sims2pack correctement???
