Search for Electro music from 2006/07

Good evening

I'm looking for the title/artist of an electro song from around 2006/2007, but I can't remember the melody at all.
However, I do remember the music video: there was some sort of horse dancing (it looked like a guy in a costume) and the video was in black and white too ^^

    I think it was more techno.
    It seems to me there was "The" in the title or the artist ^^
