Windows media n'est pas très souple, télécharge un autre lecteur média du type VLC :

Il prend en charge de nombreux formats et plante rarement.

Tu peux le désinstaller et réinstaller, sinon essaye VLC : http://get.videolan.org/vlc/0.9.9/win32/vlc-0.9.9-win32.exe
