Bonjour,
je viens de faire une analyse avec a squared qui a trouvé 102 fichiers infectés
je les ai mis en quarantaine et je voudrais savoir si c'est suffisant pour etre proteger ou alors faut il les supprimer completement ? si je les supprime est ce sans risque de supprimer un fichiers important
je vous joint un rapport

Ne pas ouvrir les pieces jointes d'un expediteur inconnu et toujours les analyser avant de les ouvrir .

pour info à kel frequence dois je faire des analyse avec antivir, malwarebytes et a² ? et ccleaner
Puis désinstaller combofix et jxpiinstall ils sont encore sur le bureau ??
j'ai aussi un dossier backups tu saurais à qoi ça correspond ? (c'est des dossier sur norton)

Combofix , tu peut supprimer ( directe poubelle )

CCleaner : une fois par semaine ...

pour le dossier Backup , si c'est du Norton , tu supprimes aussi ( clique droit dessus / supprimer ) .

Encore une question : je peux supprimer tous les .exe des programme que j'ai téléchargés ( adobe, IE,mbam, flash player, antivir, a²,....) ??

pour info : admettons que je reçoive une photo (ou un dossier) et que avira détecte un virus, quand je met supprimer c'est le virus tout seul qui est supprimé ou la photos aussi ??
