Hello,
I would like you to clarify an area code for me, please. I know that in the Netherlands it is +31..., since I have Numéricable I would like to call a landline in the Netherlands and I don't know if my correspondent's number is a mobile or a landline; for landlines, what number follows the +31?

      If I may, the landline number you're considering is one that starts with 01. That's why you're dialing +331... If you call in Rhône Alpes, landline numbers start with 04, you will dial +334...
      There is therefore no differentiation depending on the type of number when you use a code.
