Virtualbox or equivalent without admin rights

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to use VirtualBox without admin rights, or an equivalent software.
To be able to run my Windows on a public PC for example.
Configuration: Windows XP Safari 525.19

    hi you need to be admin - moreover you can't see yourself installing VBox or VirtualPC in an internet café
    what you can do is put xp on a usb stick or cd, boot the pc from it and have xp live (like linux distros)
